Service Standards

• Requests for service can be received by toll free phone, fax, email, ADP, and through our website.
• All assignments will be dispatched within two hours or receipt at our central dispatch office.
• Same day contact will be attempted with all vehicle owners
• 90% of all vehicles will be inspected within 24 hours
• Rush assignments are accepted
• We offer ADP and Mitchell assignments
• 95% of all completed reports will be in our customers offices within 5 business days.
• ACV's for total losses will be faxed within 2 business days of determination that vehicle is a total loss.
• We can accommodate most specialized service guidelines

Automobiles

• Contact with insureds within 24 hours of assignment;
• Inspection within 24 hours from contact with insureds;
• If required, completed estimates faxed within 24 hours of inspection;
• Completed reports in our customer's office within 5 days of inspection.

Heavy Equipment

• Insureds contacted upon receipt of the assignment.
• Inspection within 24 hours or at owner's convenience.
